Be Watch for Offices

Offices: Visitors, meeting rooms and after-hours access.

An office is a building full of laptops, files and people who should be there, visited all day by people who might not be. Be Watch for Offices manages who comes in, when and where, without a receptionist chasing visitor badges or a facilities manager re-keying doors every time someone leaves.

The problems

Where offices loses money and sleep

  • Contractors and visitors walking through reception on a wave.
  • Ex-staff whose access card still works because nobody collected it.
  • Lights, heating and air conditioning running for an empty floor.
  • No record of who was in the building on the weekend.
  • Meeting rooms booked and never used, and no data to show it.
OutcomeWith Be WatchConnected
  • A visitor log you would happily show an auditor.
  • Zero lost keys and zero re-keying.
  • An energy bill that reflects the people who were actually there.
  • One support team for doors, cameras, alarm and lights.

The Be Watch answer

What we design for Offices

Access that follows the org chart

Staff, contractors and visitors on credentials scoped to floors, rooms and hours. Leaving staff lose access the same afternoon, everywhere.

Visitor management

Pre-registered visitors receive a credential for the hours they are expected, sign in on a tablet, and are logged with a photo matched to the entrance camera.

Cameras at entrances and server rooms

Person detection after hours, restricted zones around the server room and the finance office, and footage matched to every door event.

Automation that follows occupancy

Lighting and HVAC that respond to badges and sensors, not a timer. The first person in never fumbles for a switch and the last out never worries about the lights.

Attendance without a time clock

The badge that opens the door records the day for teams that need it, without a separate device on the wall.

Questions

What Offices ask us

We lease our floor. Can we still install this?

Usually, yes. Access control and cameras on your own tenancy doors are normally permitted with landlord approval, and we handle the building management interface where the base building has its own system.

Can visitors pre-register?

Yes. Your team pre-registers a visitor, who receives a credential valid for the visit window and signs in on arrival.

Does this work with the building's lift and base-building access?

In many buildings, yes. We integrate with lift destination control and base-building access systems where the building allows it.
