Cards, fobs and PIN
The familiar option. Cheap to issue, instant to cancel, and every use is logged.
Be Watch Access ยท Control
A key can be copied and a PIN can be shared. A Be Watch credential belongs to one person, works only where and when you allow, and is matched to camera footage the moment it is used. When someone leaves your business, their access ends the same afternoon, not when you finally get the keys back.

Capabilities
Access plus CCTV
Every access event is matched to the camera covering that door at that second. This is the difference between a log and evidence.

Yes, with the right approach. Biometric data is sensitive under the Privacy Act 2020, so we help you run a privacy assessment, notify staff, offer an alternative credential and set retention. Consent and transparency are built into how we deploy it.
