What Be Watch is and is not
Be Watch is not a payroll system and does not try to be one. It is the verified source of hours that your payroll system needs. Pay rates, tax, KiwiSaver and payslips stay with your payroll provider, where they belong.
What we remove is the retyping, the guesswork and the argument about who was where and when.

What people ask about Payroll Integration
Our payroll system is not on the list. Can you still connect it?
Almost certainly. Most payroll systems import a CSV timesheet, and many have an API. We confirm the format during setup and test it with a real pay run.
Does the export include pay rates?
No. Be Watch exports hours, categorised by ordinary time, overtime, allowances and leave, against employee identifiers. Your payroll system applies the rates.
What if a manager approves a timesheet late?
Unapproved periods are flagged before the export deadline you set. Nothing is exported without approval, and nothing is lost if approval is late.
Can we keep our existing rostering tool?
Yes. Be Watch can import rosters from common platforms so attendance is compared against the plan, and export hours back to payroll.
