Terms of use

The terms on which this website is provided.

About this site

This website is operated by Be Digital Limited, trading as Be Watch. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the content is

The content on this site describes the services we offer and is general information. It is not a quotation, a service agreement or advice about your specific property or business. The dashboards, event feeds and figures shown on this site are demonstrations, and are labelled as such.

How services are contracted

Every Be Watch system is designed for the property it protects. Installation is quoted in writing after an assessment, and monitoring, cloud and support services are provided under a Be Watch Care service agreement that sets out the scope, the response commitments and the monthly charge. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract unless it is included in that agreement.

Third-party names

Xero, MYOB, Employment Hero, Smartly and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated in writing.

Intellectual property

The text, design, images and code on this site belong to Be Digital Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its hosting or any system connected to it, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited or abusive material. Abuse of the form is rate-limited and logged.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Be Digital Limited is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
