Do I need to rewire my house or building?

Usually not. Most automation uses smart switches, sensors and controllers that fit existing wiring. New builds and major renovations give us more options, and we will tell you which is worth it.

Will it work with the smart devices I already own?

Many can be integrated. We will tell you what can be connected, what is worth replacing and what is best left as it is.

How much energy does automation actually save?

It depends on the building. Occupancy lighting and roster-driven HVAC in commercial buildings are usually where the savings are, and energy monitoring shows you the number rather than asking you to take our word for it.
