Be Watch for Warehouses

Warehouses: Yard, dock doors, racking and forklift zones.

A warehouse is a yard full of vehicles, a building full of stock and a roster full of shifts. Be Watch for Warehouses reads plates at the gate, watches the dock doors, lights the aisles only where the forklift is, and records every shift from the credential that opened the door.

The problems

Where warehouses loses money and sleep

  • Trucks waiting at the gate for someone to walk out and open it.
  • Dock doors left open, and stock leaving through them.
  • Lights burning all night over empty racking.
  • Timesheets that do not match who was actually on site.
  • An incident on the night shift and hours of footage to search.
OutcomeWith Be WatchConnected
  • A gate that runs itself and a yard log that is always complete.
  • Dock doors closed when they should be.
  • Energy spent where the work is, not over empty aisles.
  • Timesheets that match the door.

The Be Watch answer

What we design for Warehouses

Vehicle access on plate recognition

Approved carriers open the gate by driving up to it. Unknown vehicles wait for a person, on camera, with the plate already logged.

Dock door rules

A door open longer than the limit alerts the duty manager with the camera view. Doors unlock for a delivery window and lock again on their own.

AI cameras over racking and pick faces

Person detection after hours, restricted zones around high-value stock, and searchable events for the day something goes missing.

Lighting that follows the forklift

Aisle lighting by occupancy zone, yard lighting by vehicle detection, and energy monitoring that shows the saving.

Shift attendance from the door

Biometric or card clock-in at the entrance, verified on camera, with hours split by shift and exported to payroll.

Questions

What Warehouses ask us

Can plate recognition handle trucks and trailers?

Yes. Cameras are positioned for heavy vehicle approach angles and read front and rear plates. Carriers are managed as a list you control.

Will cameras work in a dark yard?

Yes. Low-light and thermal cameras cover yards and fence lines, and yard lighting can be triggered by vehicle or person detection.

Can night-shift staff clock in without a supervisor present?

Yes. A biometric terminal at the entrance records the shift start, verified by the entrance camera, with no supervisor needed.
